Billie Eilish fans concerned as she appears with black eye

Billie Eilish fans are demanding to know how she got a black eye. The Grammy-winning star, 21, uploaded a handful of photos on social media on Tuesday, and in one, appeared to have bruising around her left eye.

Other photos in the reel showed Billie at an art gallery, her feet sticking up in the air and an awe-inspiring snap of fork lightning striking a city. Needless to say, it was the bruised image of Billie’s face that got people talking, with one of her 110million followers asking: ‘Are you OK? What happened to your eye?’

Another added: ‘We need to know how you got that bruise,’ while someone else echoed, ‘What happened to your eye?’ Other messages included: ‘Why is no one talking about the black eye?’ and ‘The eyeee!?!?!?’ Is that a bruise?????’ urgently questioned someone else.

Billie’s latest photo dump comes after she unveiled new diamond grills on her teeth last month.

Taking once again to Instagram, Billie showed off a diamond-studded front tooth and silver-capped gnasher, dividing her fans in the process. While some loved her mouth bling, others weren’t so sure about the look. Wtf she did with her teeth,’ one of Billie’s followers bluntly wrote.

Another said Billie’s grill ‘looked dumb’ while someone else accused the hitmaker of ‘appropriating black culture,’ adding: ‘Check your privilege.’ ‘Get that ghetto s**t outta your teeth girl!’ exclaimed one Instagrammer, with another saying, ‘The tooth is a little unusual Billie.’ Others made it clear they were huge fans of Billie’s sparkly teeth, with one person saying: ‘OMG Billie your teeth, I’m in love,’ and another adding, ‘The teeth jewellery is [fire emoji].’

Never one to stand for online hate, in the past Billie has repeatedly hit back at trolls for shaming her over everything from her weight to her clothes.  Back in May, she lashed out at haters on social media, writing: ‘I spent the first five years of my career getting absolutely obliterated by you fools for being boyish and dressing how I did and constantly being told I’d be hotter if I acted like a woman.’

Billie added: ‘And now when I feel comfortable enough to wear anything remotely feminine or fitting, I “changed” and am a “sell-out” and “what happened to her…it’s not the same Billie, she’s just like the rest” blah blah blah.
